  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing time may be extended.

If there are any delays or stock issues, we will notify you via email.

  • We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $100 (U.S. only).
  • International shipping rates vary based on the country and carrier.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact support@puresora.xyz.

5. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.
  • Customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, customs fees, and any other applicable taxes imposed by their country.
  • Customs processing may delay deliveries beyond our estimated timeframes.
  • We are not responsible for orders held or confiscated by customs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us at support@puresora.xyz.
  • We will assist in resolving the issue but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as โ€œdeliveredโ€ by the carrier.
  • If your order is significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to find a solution.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
